By accessing and browsing this site, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
1. General information
This site is managed by Anthony Cavallo. The products sold are customized arm wrestling training equipment, some of which are made using 3D printing technology.
2. Products
All products are described accurately and up-to-date. However, images are for illustrative purposes only, and the final product may vary slightly in shape, color, or finish due to the 3D printing process or design updates.
Each piece of equipment is intended for sports and personal use only. The user is responsible for the correct and safe use of the equipment.
3. Prices and payments
All prices are in Swiss francs and are subject to change without notice. Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit/debit card, or other methods indicated at checkout.
Any shipping costs are clearly indicated before confirming the order.
4. Shipping
We ship to Switzerland, Italy, and other countries upon request. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and order volume.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
5. Refund Policy
Returns or refunds are not accepted, except in the following cases:
Product received damaged
Wrong product compared to the order placed

Once the problem has been verified, we will replace the item or, in special cases, issue a refund.
