The products sold on this site are designed exclusively for sports use and specific training in arm wrestling. Improper or unsupervised use may cause injury.
3D Armwrestling is not responsible for any physical, material or consequential damage resulting from incorrect, modified or excessive use of the equipment.
It is recommended to use each device responsibly and under supervision, especially during the first uses.
Before starting any training with our tools, it is advisable to consult a doctor or qualified professional, especially in case of pre-existing pathologies or joint/tendon problems.
Refund Policy: Key Aspects
Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since our products are handcrafted and made to order via 3D printing, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:
Product defective or damaged upon arrival
Shipping error on our part (e.g. wrong product)
In these cases, the customer has 7 days from receipt to contact us via email or WhatsApp, attaching photos of the problem. After verification, we will proceed with the replacement or refund of the product.
Refunds are not given for wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or personal modifications.
